How to Create a Form Template
You can create form templates from the templates section.
- Go to Templates from the vertical navigation bar.

- Go to Form Templates.

- Click New Form Template from the top-right corner of the screen.

You can add forms to your projects by selecting the dropdown option next to the Add task button. You can select a relevant form template to add to your project.

How to Share a Form with Your Customers
Forms in Rocketlane have shareable links. To collect information from people who are not necessarily involved in your project, copy the shareable link and send it to your customers.
If the respondent does not have access to the project, they will be presented with a web form version to fill in their responses.

How to Configure Automations in Forms
You can automatically create a task in Rocketlane when each form is submitted. The responses will be copied to the description section of the newly created task. If a task field was used on the form, values for those fields will also get populated in the task's info section.
