Tracking all the Conversations in a Project

The global Conversations section is a one-stop location to track all your ongoing conversations within your Rocketlane project. Whenever you receive or send a message in any of the Conversations sections mentioned above, you will see a notification badge in the Chat view, and all the conversations will be listed accordingly.

All conversation updates happening in the project can be viewed under the Other Project Conversations section in the Chat view.

Clicking any of these conversation updates will open a chat window for the conversation. You can send messages in the respective conversation from this chat window itself.

All chats are actionable. You can click the links that redirect you to the Conversations section in the task, document, or status update. You can also copy the link to this conversation from here and share it with any stakeholders involved.

For conversations in tasks or subtasks, the task description is also visible in this chat for more context.
