Step by step instruction on how to leave a review: 

• Click on the link to find Capterra page to review Rocketlane.

• Select Log In on the top right corner > Continue with business email / Linkedin
• You'd receive an activation email, click on the link "Verify your email" to redirect to Review page.

How about we start with introducing ourselves?

• Start filling in the basic details about you and your organisation. 
• Next section is about your experience working with the product, Rocketlane
• Select Next, to move on to your Product experience rating on the scale of 1 - 5 starts, 5 being the Best.
• Please ensure to select all the categories like Client onboarding, Professional Services Automation, Project Management, Onboarding, for the question "In what capacity do you use Rocketlane". Take a quick look at the video to know how.

Let's start with rating the features and experience:

• Overall Quality : Refers to your satisfaction on Quality of the product, performance, user experience.
• Features & Functionality : Refers to your satisfaction on features and functionalities, how it impacts your business and the process.
• Customer Support : Your experience in this journey with our Product experts

Once this is rated between 1 - 5 starts, you'd be shown with rating based questions for the features within Rocketlane. 

You can then move on to optional questionnaire around the cost and license. You can skip those if you are not comfortable sharing it.

At the end of the page, you'd find an NPS rating "How likely is it that you would recommend Rocketlane to a friend or colleague?" to rate on the scale of 1 - 10, 10 being very likely.

Well, Next up is the review section, 

Where you can write an elaborate review about your experience overall about Rocketlane.

• Add, Title your review
• Talk to us about what you consider as pros / most liked about Rocketlane
• Not just that, but we'd also love to hear what you think we can improve 

Hurray, you've now come to the end of the review. Hit Submit!
