Advanced Filters

What are Multi-Level Advanced Filters?

Advanced Filters allow you to define highly complex, multi-level filtering conditions. This means you can build intricate rules by using configurable AND/OR logic at each level. For example, you can filter for records that match Condition A AND (Condition B OR Condition C), giving you much greater precision in your data queries than simple filtering allows.

Where can I use Advanced Filters in Rocketlane?

These powerful filters are now supported across several key modules:

  • Accounts

  • Tasks

  • Projects

  • Project Task List

Can I include or exclude subtasks when filtering?

Yes. When you are using the filters specifically on the Project Task List page, you gain granular control. A new option allows you to apply your filters with or without including subtasks, ensuring you can focus on high-level deliverables or detailed work items as needed.

What is the Paginated Project Task List?

The Project Task List now supports pagination. This means that instead of loading every single task in a massive project at once, tasks are loaded in smaller, manageable pages. This enhancement significantly improves performance, scalability, and responsiveness when you are working with large datasets and projects containing thousands of tasks.
