Notifications help you to stay updated about project related activities. It allows you to get updates about customised notifications for your user account.
You can choose to customise your notifications based on in app features like tasks, messages, documents, forms and project dates.
You can also customise reminders to notify you about upcoming due dates for project tasks that have been assigned to you and other team members.
Accessing Notification Settings
You can access Notification Settings from the following two ways:
- From the Home Menu
Go to the "bell" shaped icon from the left vertical Navigation bar.
Click on the Configure icon from the right side of the Notifications view.
- From the Settings Menu
Go to the Settings menu from the left vertical Navigation bar.
Click on Notifications.
The Notifications Settings page allows you to customise your notifications according to your needs.
Notification Types
You can choose to be notified either on the Rocketlane app and/ or through email.
NoteTo clear all notifications, simply click the Clear All button inside the notifications pane. If you need to restore any cleared notifications, go to the Cleared Notifications section and use the Restore button.
Feature Based Notification Settings
You can set which notification you wish to see not chose to turn off certain notifications you don't want to see.
Here is a list of feature notifications and their default settings are mentioned in the table that follows.

Reminders
Reminders let you choose how many days before the due date do you wish to be reminded. Choose to be reminded from the timeline options as follows:
- Same day
- 1 day before
- 2 days before
- 3 days before
- 1 week before
