Notifications keep you informed about activities related to your project. They enable you to receive updates on custom notifications tailored for your user account.

You will receive updates in Rocketlane through in-app notifications and/or email notifications.

Customizable Notifications

You can modify notification settings through the app and tailor notifications based on your user preferences.

You have the option to customize your notifications based on in-app features such as tasks, messages, documents, forms, and project deadlines.

In-App Notifications

All users of Rocketlane get a general overview of developments within the platform.

Users also receive updates regarding customized notifications for their user account in the Notifications tab from the Home Screen.

Email Notifications

You also have the option to receive email notifications for updates occurring within Rocketlane.

These emails are interactive. You can make updates to tasks directly within the email and respond to it. These updates will appear within Rocketlane.

Reminders

You can further customize reminders to alert you about upcoming due dates for project tasks assigned to you and other team members.

Types of Notifications

You can choose to be notified through the Rocketlane app and/or via email.

In-App Notifications

You can view your notifications from the Home Screen on the left navigation bar. Click the Notifications tab.

The Notifications tab displays notifications customized according to your preferences.

Email Notifications

Email notifications provide you with updates about Rocketlane activities through email and enable you to take actions directly via email. Your responses will be reflected in the Rocketlane app.

• You can reply to a notification via email, and it will appear in your Conversations section in Rocketlane as well.
• You can adjust the task status from Overdue to In Progress or Completed.
• You can modify the task reminder from Overdue to In Progress or Blocked.
• You can also perform basic task updates through email, like changing assignees and dates.

Managing Notifications

You can customize notifications based on the in-app features you use most frequently. Notifications also allow you to set reminders.
