Now, the weekly capacity of your team members will exclude their time offs and holiday hours.

Creating and editing Holiday Calendar
To create a holiday calendar,
Login as an admin and navigate to your avatar
Select settings and get to the Accounts section
Select Holiday calendar
Click the Create new calendar button
Name the calendar (for example Holidays for the US region)
Click Add new holiday and name the holiday (example: Christmas Day)
Choose the date or set a start and end date based on the holiday type.
Click Create
Toggle the holiday calendar on to enable it
Note: The holiday calendar needs to be updated every year and assigned to the team members for it get reflected on timesheets.
To edit a holiday calendar,
Click on the three dots near the calendar
Click edit holiday calendar
Make the necessary edits and click update
If you wish to remove a holiday, click the delete icon but note that this will affect your team’s total capacity.
Assigning Holiday calendars to Team members
Now, if you have team members who work around the world, you can assign them a holiday calendar.
Navigate to your avatar
Under Settings, go to Accounts
Select Team member
Click on the three dots near a team member and
Click view details
Click Edit profile and add a calendar to the Holiday Calendar section
Users can see their holiday calendar under Profile settings.
Note: if users apply time-off for a date that was marked as a holiday in their holiday calendar, the system will skip that entry.
Impact areas
Under Timesheets
While submitting and approving time on timesheets, if the day of the week is a holiday, the user will be notified of it.
Under Resource Management
While allocating resources, if a team member has holidays coming up, it will show up at the time of allocation.
Under Time tracking report
The weekly capacity of your team will exclude time-offs and holiday hours
